In Ed TV series, Ed returns to his home town to rebuild his life after losing his job and his wife in New York. When he returns to his native town Stuckeyville, Ed decides to buy a bowling alley. Three employees help him to manage the place and one of them is interpreted by Mike Starr.

Mike Star in an actor from U S, born on July 29, 1950, in Flushing, Queens, New York. He was known for his large size, measuring 6 feet 3 ½ inches, or 192 cm tall. He usually played henchmen and thugs roles in film and television series. His older brother, Beau Starr is also an actor.

Mike graduated form the University of Hofstra and now lives with his family in Riverdale, New York. He starred in movies like Goodfellas, The Bodyguard, Jersey Girl and The Ice Harvest. He played a thug role in the famous comic movie of 1994 Dumb and Dumber, playing Joe Mentalino. In The Ice Harvest he played Roy Gelles.
