Justin Long
Despite being the youngest actor in the cast of ED, Justin Long is probably the one with the most exposure in mainstream cinema. However, he was mostly unknown back in 2000 when he was cast in the role of Warren Cheswick, a high school student who had a crush on the title character's romantic interest, who also happened to be his English teacher. Before appearing in all four seasons of ED, he had only had a minor role in an ensemble cast sci fi comedy in Galaxy Quest, where he did share screen time with actor and stand-up comedian Tim Allen. From then he has gone on to star or co-star on several films, mostly comedies, such as Happy Campers, Crossroads, Raising Genius, Hair High, Dodgeball, Waiting..., Herbie: Fully Loaded, The Sasquatch Gang, The Break Up, Accepted, Idiocracy, Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, Strange Wilderness, Just Add Water, Zack and Miri Make a Porno, Pineapple Express, He's Just Not That into You, Taking Chances, Serious Moonlight, Funny People, Old Dogs, Youth in Revolt, Going the Distance and Ten Year.
However, Justin Long has also plied his trade in horror movies (Jeepers Creepers, Jeepers Creepers 2, Drag me to Hell, After.Life), action flicks (Live Free or Die Hard), one drama (The Conspirator,) as well as lent his voice to a few animated films (Battle for Terra, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Planet 51, Megamind, Alpha and Omega, Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chip-Wrecked). While this is a respectable resume, at least in terms of quantity, Long will probably go into posterity thanks to a series of advertisements where he exalted the properties of a certain computer as opposed to those of the competition. Other efforts outside of acting include reading audiobook versions of works by Judy Blume and Stephen King, and hosting a professional wrestling show.
